72+ hours before your workshop No charge. Cancel or reschedule with no penalty — just reach out and we'll take care of it.

Within 72 hours of your workshop A late cancellation fee of $45 applies, as your seat has been held and is unlikely to be filled at short notice.

Within 24 hours or no-shows The full workshop fee applies for each reserved seat.

The good news: If something comes up within the cancellation window, we'll always do our best to move you to another date and waive the fee whenever we can. Just reach out — we'd rather see you in the studio than lose you altogether.
